Anti-reverse high speed conveyor rollers are special rollers used in belt conveyors. Principle of anti-reverse one-way rollers:

Anti-reverse mining conveyor rollers use the working principle of the ratchet mechanism to add a backstop behind the ordinary roller bearing seat. There are 4 check blocks inside the check valve, and a check groove is machined at the corresponding position where the check valve is installed on the check roller shaft. When the conveyor belt rotates normally, the check block is separated from the check groove and adheres to the inner wall of the check valve under the action of centrifugal force, so that the anti-reverse mining conveyor rollers rotate normally; when the belt breaks and the check roller reverses, the check block prevents the reverse rotation, thereby realizing the anti-reverse function.
