Introduction of mining rollers:

Mining rollers are key components of belt conveyors. Their main function is to support the conveyor belt and the materials on it, reduce friction resistance during operation, ensure smooth operation of the conveyor belt, and keep the conveyor belt in proper verticality and stability, thereby improving transportation efficiency and extending the service life of the equipment. Mining rollers are widely used in belt conveyors, logistics transportation, mining, construction and other fields.

Ordinary mining rollers applications:

1. Coal mines/metal mines: used for long-distance transportation of ore and coal in underground or open-pit mines.

2. Sand and gravel aggregates: support the transportation of sand and gravel and cement raw materials, which need to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

3. Bulk cargo terminals: loading and unloading grain, fertilizers, iron ore, etc.

4. Chemical plants: transport fertilizers and plastic particles.

5. Cement plants: transport raw materials and clinker.

6. Grain/food plants: transport wheat, corn, etc.

Ordinary mining rollers installation:

1. Confirm that the conveyor rollers model is consistent with the design drawings, check whether the bearings are lubricated sufficiently, confirm that the conveyor rollers bracket is intact, and the bolt holes are aligned.

2. Align the shaft heads at both ends of the conveyor rollers with the mounting slots or fixing holes of the bracket, insert the fixing bolts or retaining rings, and pre-tighten slightly.

3. Check the level of the conveyor rollers with a level and adjust them to be perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt.

4. Tighten the bolts according to the designed torque.

5. After installation, it is necessary to check and debug. Rotate the conveyor rollers to check whether they are stuck or make abnormal noises. Start the conveyor belt, observe the rotation flexibility of the conveyor rollers and whether the conveyor belt is deviating. Finally, gradually increase the material load and check the vibration and noise of the conveyor rollers when bearing weight.
