Introduction of Mining equipment:
Mine support installation device is a key equipment for the relocation, adjustment and movement of hydraulic supports in the comprehensive mining working face of coal mines. It is mainly used to solve the position adjustment problem of hydraulic supports in the installation, withdrawal and daily production of the working face, and improve mining efficiency and safety. This mining equipment adopts a hydraulic drive system, which can smoothly pull the hydraulic support and realize 360° rotation and adjustment to adapt to narrow tunnel operations.
Features of Mining equipment:
1. Underground transportation equipment consists of a main body, a self-moving mechanism, a lifting device, a rotating platform, a hydraulic system, two front forks, etc.
2. Underground transportation equipment can install supports and recycle modular rails under the condition that the slope of the comprehensive mining working face is less than 25°.
3. Underground transportation equipment can realize automatic unloading and automatic positioning of hydraulic supports to ensure the accuracy of the unloading position of the supports.
4. Underground transportation equipment has a self-moving function and a device to prevent the hydraulic supports from sliding down on the flatbed truck. The hydraulic support can be pushed to the center of the rotating disk on the flatbed truck through the operation of the hydraulic cylinder.

Operation process of this Mining equipment:
1. The traction arm on this mining equipment pulls the hydraulic support to the loading platform, and four lifting hooks are hung on the base of the hydraulic support.
2. The lifting hook and lifting hook chain on the mine support installation device simultaneously lift the hydraulic support to ensure that the bottom of the support exceeds the height of the flatbed truck.
3. The flatbed truck is sent into the mine support installation device, and the four brackets of the mine support installation device are lowered at the same time to place the hydraulic support steadily on the flatbed truck.
4. The winch pulls the flatbed truck to withdraw the hydraulic support from the working surface.
5. Prepare for the next hydraulic support to be withdrawn. Two shielding brackets will push the turning platform; remove a section of track accordingly.
6. The turning platform is arranged to guide the hydraulic support to the turning platform through the turning platform ramp before the foot of the hydraulic support to be withdrawn.
7. Straighten the hydraulic support as a whole through the transition platform; the steering platform pulls out the hydraulic support, and after gradually turning 90 degrees, straighten it, and the traction arm introduces the hydraulic support into the loading platform.
8. Extend the crossbeam at the bottom of the loading platform to adjust the rail interface and connect it directly with the original rail to prepare for the hydraulic support.
