By upholding the spirit of model workers, craftsmanship, and innovation, the workshop has successfully developed various technologies and supporting intelligent equipment, including visual remote control, intelligent transportation via one-vehicle, 321 installation and withdrawal, integrated expansion and installation, integrated withdrawal, advanced support for two smooth mining faces, and large-gradient tunneling, installation, mining, and withdrawal transportation. These advancements have facilitated a technological revolution in underground intelligent transportation for coal mines, eliminating the need for small winches, single units, manual cranes, wooden supports, and heavy manual labor for employees. They have also removed safety hazards such as vehicle collisions, track derailments, and rope breaks, preventing serious safety issues like deformation of the tunnel roof and walls, floor heave caused by stress changes, insufficient ventilation sections, and forced production halts. These advancements have significantly contributed to the safety and economic benefits of coal mines, leading the way for the intelligent development of the installation and withdrawal industry. With dedication, wisdom, and sweat, the workshop has tackled the industry challenge of the "installation and withdrawal revolution" on coal mine fully mechanized mining faces, writing a testament to the perseverance of industrial workers in the new era. In recognition of its outstanding contributions, the installation and withdrawal workshop was awarded the prestigious title of "National Workers' Pioneer" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in 2023, becoming an innovative flagship in the energy equipment service sector.

Xinfeng Group is a high-tech modern enterprise integrating product research and development, equipment manufacturing, engineering services, equipment leasing, and sales services. It primarily focuses on the research and development of underground fully mechanized intelligent installation, withdrawal, and transportation equipment. As the core department for technological innovation and safe production in the enterprise, the installation and withdrawal workshop continuously delves into the research and production of fully mechanized mining face installation and withdrawal equipment. Its professional level ranks first in the industry, creating an intrinsically safe working environment for coal mines, building new productive forces, achieving significant safety and economic benefits, filling industry gaps, and leading the development direction of intelligent installation and withdrawal in coal mine underground.

The installation and withdrawal workshop comprises three teams: the cutting team, the assembly team, and the welding team, with a total of 59 employees. All employees in the workshop work together and collaborate closely, consistently adhering to technological innovation and continuously breaking through technical barriers. They have achieved rapid upgrading and iteration of installation and withdrawal equipment, produced thousands of large-scale equipment sets, obtained more than 80 patents, and contributed to the safe and efficient production of coal mines, making significant contributions to the high-quality development of coal mining. In 2015, the workshop was awarded the title of "Liaoning Workers' Pioneer", and in 2023, it was awarded the title of "National Workers' Pioneer". The workshop director, Gao Yang, was awarded the "National May 1st Labor Medal", and the deputy technical general manager, Yu Daiwen, was honored with the title of "Tieling City Model Worker".

Three major breakthroughs have reshaped industry standards. The "integrated complete equipment for rapid expansion and installation of mechanized fully mechanized mining faces" developed by the workshop has been listed as a national key research and development plan project. By optimizing the construction process, it significantly reduces the risk of roof exposure, helps coal mines save labor and material costs, and achieves a 30-day early production start, generating economic benefits of over ten million yuan per single working face. The "single-column advanced support device and application development in coal mine shafts" has been listed as a provincial key research and development project, promoting the "one point, one support" operation method to ensure roof safety while improving efficiency. The workshop's self-developed "integrated safe withdrawal" project includes complete equipment such as multi-functional mining excavators, crawler cranes, and special transport vehicles for withdrawal, achieving full-process automation and intelligent operation, completely replacing heavy manual labor such as lifting, pulling, and carrying, eliminating safety hazards in traditional withdrawal processes, and fully replacing high-risk manual operation modes.

Intelligent Upgrade Strengthens Safety Defense Line The workshop has pioneered the "321 System Engineering" technology systems of versions 3.0 and 4.0, achieving "gaming-like labor" by eliminating traditional equipment such as winches, single props, and manual cranes, reducing labor intensity by over 70%. The multi-functional mining excavator can level the floor at a rate of 300 meters per day, achieving an efficiency 20 times that of manual labor, significantly reducing construction time and labor costs. Behind the honor of "National Workers' Pioneer Unit" lies the value pursuit of the installation and withdrawal workshop, which is "daring to be the first and striving for excellence".
