2025-07-25 15:59On July 11, 2025, the "Special Training Course on Improving the Prevention and Control Capabilities of Coal Mining Enterprises against Roof and Rockburst Disasters," hosted by the Safety Technology Center of the Xinjiang Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, was successfully held in Urumqi, Xinjiang. This training aimed to enhance coal mining enterprises' prevention and control capabilities against roof and rockburst disasters, and promote the intelligent and safe development of the industry. More than 80 technical backbones and management personnel from coal mining enterprises in Urumqi and surrounding areas participated in the training.
This training course adopted a diversified teaching mode of "theory + case + discussion," bringing together several well-known experts from universities, research institutes, and equipment manufacturing enterprises to deliver lectures. The content covered disaster prevention and control theory, technological equipment innovation, and safety management practices.
The training course specially invited Zhang Xiwang, Director of the China Coal Machinery Industry Fully Mechanized Mining and Safety Withdrawal Engineering Technology Research Center and Chairman of Liaoning Xinfeng Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., to give a special technical lecture on "Innovation in Intelligent Safety Withdrawal Technology and Equipment for Fully Mechanized Mining Face."
Director Zhang Xiwang systematically introduced the cutting-edge achievements of the Safety Withdrawal Engineering Technology Center, including the "One-Vehicle Pass" intelligent transportation system, integrated technology for safety withdrawal on fully mechanized mining faces, integrated technology for expansion and safety withdrawal, integrated solutions for withdrawal, and advanced support technology. He emphasized that these technologies not only filled the industry gap but also achieved intelligent collaboration in operation processes through the deep integration of rubber-tired vehicles, monorail hoists, rail transportation, and the 321 safety withdrawal system, providing technical support for coal mining enterprises to build an intrinsically safe production environment.




During the lecture, Director Zhang Xiwang analyzed the pain points of traditional safety and evacuation technology by combining typical accident cases, and demonstrated the significant achievements of new technology in improving efficiency, reducing safety risks, and creating economic benefits through actual application data. He pointed out that the promotion of intelligent safety and evacuation technology is a key path for the coal mining industry to move towards new-quality productivity, and is of great significance for achieving high-quality development. In the interactive session, he also provided professional answers to technical difficulties raised by the trainees, which received warm responses on the spot. The Safety Technology Center of the Xinjiang Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau stated that it will continue to build such high-level exchange platforms to promote the implementation and transformation of advanced technology and practical experience in coal mine safety production, and assist in the industry's transformation and upgrading.
