In order to consolidate the management foundation, improve the comprehensive quality of employees, and strengthen the company's sense of responsibility in safety, quality, environment and occupational health, we held several training activities on organization management and safety from 2023 to 2024 to promote the construction of the management system and fulfill the company's social responsibility.

On August 19, 2024, we held a safety and technical training activity for project management personnel of the engineering company. This training focused on the key points of on-site safety technology of the project department, deeply analyzed the common safety hazards and prevention and control measures in engineering project management, further strengthened the safety awareness and operating specifications of front-line managers, and laid a solid foundation for the safety and stability of project construction.

Through this training, we not only continuously improve the company's internal management level, but also fully demonstrate our emphasis on employees' professional growth and our sense of responsibility for construction safety and environmental protection.
