On June 4, 2025, Liaoning Xinfeng Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. held a sales work meeting with the theme of "Summary, Improvement and Focus on Breakthrough" to comprehensively summarize the sales work results from January to May, systematically review the experience of participating in four major industry exhibitions, and scientifically deploy key tasks in the second half of the year. More than 30 members of the leadership team, including Zhang Xiwang, Chairman of the Group, Sha Peng, General Manager, and heads of various departments and sales backbones attended the meeting to draw a new blueprint for the development of the enterprise.

At the beginning of the meeting, the sales team comprehensively reported the sales performance in the first five months through detailed data analysis and case presentation. Under the downward pressure of the market, the group's sales performance achieved counter-cyclical growth, especially at the four major industry events such as the 3rd China (Xi'an) International Mining Equipment and Technology Exhibition. The innovative products such as the "One Car Pass" intelligent transportation system displayed by Xinfeng Group have attracted wide attention from the industry and reached a number of cooperation intentions. The participants had in-depth exchanges on exhibition experience, customer feedback and follow-up of subsequent projects, and made suggestions for improving the effect of future exhibitions. 

General Manager Sha Peng emphasized in his work deployment that in the face of a complex and changing market environment, the sales team must firmly establish a sense of ownership, focus on accounts receivable management, key customer maintenance and major project follow-up. At the same time, all departments are required to work together to fully support sales work, and focus on preparing for three industry events such as the upcoming Taiyuan Technical Exchange Conference to lay the foundation for market expansion. In terms of after-sales service, team building, technical support, etc., General Manager Sha proposed specific and feasible implementation plans. 

Chairman Zhang Xiwang highly praised the excellent results achieved by the sales team in the industry's cold winter in his concluding speech, and especially commended outstanding individuals. He pointed out that in the current market environment of falling coal prices and intensified competition, Xinfeng Group was able to achieve sales growth thanks to the joint efforts of all employees and the development concept of continuous innovation. Chairman Zhang put forward four requirements from a strategic perspective: to deepen customers' recognition of Xinfeng's innovative concepts and strengthen technical training for the sales team; to rely on the technical advantages of the Comprehensive Mining and Removal Engineering Technology Research Center to provide customers with more competitive intelligent equipment solutions; to improve the talent training mechanism and build a professional sales team; to continue to increase R&D investment and maintain technological leadership. 

This meeting is not only a comprehensive summary of the work in the first half of the year, but also a clarion call for overcoming difficulties in the second half of the year. The participants unanimously expressed that they will conscientiously implement the spirit of the meeting, driven by technological innovation and guided by customer needs, and go all out to achieve the annual sales target, making new and greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of Xinfeng Group.
