On March 20, 2025, the Tieling Postdoctoral Science and Technology Service Group, led by Sun Bo, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Tieling Municipal Party Committee, went to Liaoning Xinfeng Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. to conduct research activities.
