Xi'an Exhibition

In April, Xi'an was slightly hot, but the exhibition hall was bustling. The Liaoning Xinfeng team participated in this exhibition where technology and practice were deeply integrated.


The mining hydraulic boom lifting device (diesel version) we exhibited this time attracted many professional visitors as soon as it was unveiled. Compared with the past, the questions of this session of customers are more focused on whether the equipment can adapt to the site after landing.

I still remember that a person in charge of a western open-pit mine project directly raised the specific difficulties of their operating area after seeing our device - large slope, high load, and tight staff. I compared the operation method with him and explained the maintenance details. Finally, he nodded and said: "This equipment is not just for people to see, it can really work on the construction site." Hearing this, I think all the preparations and explanations are worth it.

What surprised us most was that the hydraulic support transfer device (Ansa forklift) received a lot of "beyond technology" praise on site. Customers not only recognized its flexible performance in a small space, but also asked about our training methods and after-sales response process. What they care about is not only whether they can use the equipment after buying it, but also whether they can use it safely and for a long time.

After a few days, I feel more and more that the significance of the exhibition is never just to display the equipment, but also a process of two-way verification with customers: we speak with products, and customers respond with professional eyes. Every conversation not only allows customers to understand us better, but also allows us to examine our products and services in turn, and where we can do better.


After the trip to Xi'an, our biggest feeling is: innovation should not only be reflected in the equipment, but also in our understanding and response to customer needs. What Liaoning Xinfeng wants to do is to be a mining equipment team that truly understands the site and customers.
